Terms of service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms apply when you order from wayfi.online. Please read them before you pay. If anything is unclear, write to support@wayfi.online and we will explain.
Who we are
Wayfi runs this website. Our company details and our contact address are shown at the foot of every page. You can reach us at support@wayfi.online.
What we sell
- Travel eSIMs. A data plan for the countries listed on the plan's page, for the number of days shown there. These can be ordered online.
- Monthly mobile and fibre plans. These are shown with their prices and what they include, for information. They cannot be ordered online yet.
Each plan's page says how much data it includes, where it works and how long it lasts. That description is part of our agreement with you.
Before you order
- Your phone must support eSIM and must not be locked to a network. The Questions page explains how to check.
- Check that the countries you are travelling to are listed on the plan's page.
- You must be 18 or older to order.
Ordering and price
Prices are set in euro and include tax. For travel eSIMs you can choose, at the top of any page, to see prices and pay in US dollars instead. A price in dollars is the euro price converted at the European Central Bank's daily reference rate and rounded to the cent; the page shows the rate and the date it was published. Monthly plans are priced in euro only.
The price you pay is the one shown on the plan's page when you order, in the currency you chose. If a new rate is published while you are ordering, we show you the new price and start no payment until you accept it. Your bank or card issuer may add its own charge for a payment in a currency other than your card's; that charge is not ours.
Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. You then get an order number beginning with T and a page for that order. We may refuse an order, for example if a payment cannot be verified; if we do, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, type it at checkout and choose Apply. The new price is shown before you pay, and it is the price you are charged. The discount is worked out on the euro price; if you pay in dollars, the discounted total is then converted. One code can be used per order. A code can have a last day or a limited number of uses, and we can withdraw a code at any time; an order already paid keeps its price.
Paying
You pay on our payment provider's secure page. Your card details go to the payment provider and never reach us. We ask for your name, phone number and billing address because the payment provider needs them to take a payment and to prevent fraud.
Getting your eSIM
Your eSIM is delivered on your order page as a code to scan or type into your phone. For your security we do not send the code by email.
If we cannot supply your eSIM within 3 working days of your payment, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
When your plan starts and ends
The days of a travel eSIM start counting when it first connects to a network in a country the plan covers, not when you buy it. You can install it before you travel. When the days run out, or the data is used up, the plan ends. Data you did not use is not carried over.
Using the service fairly
The service is for your own use. You may not resell it, use it to break the law, or use it in a way that harms the network or other customers. Coverage and speed depend on the local networks and on your phone, and can vary from place to place.
Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, we email you a link to set your password. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Cancelling and refunds
Your right to cancel and how refunds work are set out in our Refund policy, which is part of these terms.
If something goes wrong
Write to support@wayfi.online with your order number. We will put it right, replace the plan or refund you, as the Refund policy explains. Your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights when a service is not as described, are not affected by these terms.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss that we cause by not keeping to these terms or by not taking reasonable care. We are not responsible for things outside our control, such as a local network being unavailable, or for loss that could not have been expected when you ordered. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here on the day you ordered.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where our company is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
